SSGMC Clinic Reopens in Loa, South Sudan After Renovation

The SSGMC Clinic in Loa has reopened after many years of being closed. The clinic was destroyed during the war but has now been repaired and is ready to serve the people again.

The clinic reopened on March 1, 2025. Many people in the community came to celebrate the event. Local leaders, health workers, and families were happy to see the clinic open again. It will now provide important health services like treating sick people, giving vaccines, helping pregnant women, and handling emergencies.

Dr. Drici Godfrey Ocen, the head doctor at the clinic, said, “This clinic gives people hope and children can get the care they need.” The renovation included fixing the building, adding solar power, clean water, new equipment, and medicine.
